It's Christmas Day 2025, and my Matilda software will not load. It looks like others are having problems, too.
I've used it for years, and most of my recipes are on it, but I can't get support. Has the company closed?
We purchased the software many years ago and upgraded in 2015. However, we never got my wife's cookbook printed and have family members asking for it.
We need the guidance to upgrade and get this finished.
Attempts to log in have failed and when I try to download anything from the site, warnings appear on my screen not to download.
Bonnie, I'm having the same problem. Finally want to print and can't upgrade. I was able to hit print and choose to download as a PDF file instead of sending to my printer. Now I can print it from my Downloads on my computer.
